EMED - 4425 Professional Development Seminar III: Effective Strategies to Promote Critical Thinking (1)

Introduces essential teacher characteristics for effective teaching.  Explores effective questioning techniques to enhance comprehension and retention of content knowledge. Investigates a variety of instructional strategies to promote a productive learning community. Prerequisite: EMED-3400 , EMED 3404,  EMED 3405,  EMED 3420,  EMED 3425,  and EDUC-3440 . Corequisites: EMED-4400 , EMED 4404,  EMED 4405,  and EMED 4406.
