IT - 7521 Unified Communication Solutions (3)

Analyze the various integration and deployment solutions, as well as the environmental differences between PBX and IP telephony-based telephone systems. Provides the fundamental design and administration goals for migrating from PBX to IP Telephony. Including supporting unified messaging: e-mail, voice, and fax messages delivered to a single inbox. Instructional Method: Instructional Modality: Lecture/Discussion Offered Spring Semester. Prerequisites: Undergraduate equivalent course experience with IT - 3520 Cisco CCNA I (3)  and IT - 3521 Cisco CCNA II (3)  or Cisco CCNA Routing and Switching Certification.
