One in a set of three, non-sequential, field-based courses focusing on the responsibilities of effective principals in managing the school to provide an optimum learning environment during the spring term. Addresses key issues in establishing a positive learning culture by stressing management skills. Particular emphasis is placed on building operations and safety, grant management, and school mission and vision. Prerequisites: take EDAD-7801, EDAD-7802.
