SUPT - 8860 The Dynamics of School Climate (3) Examines the dynamics of the relationship among school administration, the community, and the teachers’ union, and provides strategies for affecting productive working relations among these and other involved groups. The superintendent’s role as mediator, negotiator, problem-solver, and strategist is treated as it relates to influencing the school atmosphere.
