IT - 7265 Information Technology Project & Team Management (3)

Compare and contrast the principles and practices necessary to be an effective IT project manager with a strong focus on the PMI knowledge areas. Illustrate the ability to manage an IT project from start to finish utilizing project management methodologies. Instructional Method: Lecture/Discussion Term Offered: Spring.
