MGMT - 7601 International Human Resource Management (3)

Provides students with a thorough understanding of international human resource management (IHRM) practices and challenges. Differentiates between domestic and international HR, explains the strategic role of IHRM to a multinational enterprise’s performance and competitive advantage and focuses on global talent management and functional aspects of HR in the international context.
