PSYC - 3650 Creating a Healthy Lifestyle (3) Focuses on our patterns of eating, exercise, sleep, stress management, and how those choices create our lives. Students will facilitate classmates in making changes where needed in diet, exercise, meditation, and stress management. Guest presentations on aspects of nutrition, yoga, tai chi, stretching exercises, ayurvedic medicine, and acupuncture will be included. Equivalent to PSYC-508. Prerequisite: Prerequisite: take PSYC-1101
