HPT - 7300 Evaluation/Cost Benefit Analysis in Human Performance and Training (3)

Examines traditional and contemporary training evaluation models in order to evaluate real training products by developing reliable and valid measures that assess the success of the training in terms of participants’ reactions, changes in self-efficacy and attitudes, behavioral transfers, and returns-on-investment. Equivalent to HPT-847. Prerequisite: Prerequisite: take HPT-7200 .
