Sport, Exercise and Performance Psychology Minor

An undergraduate minor in Sport, Exercise, & Performance Psychology is offered to students majoring in other fields through the College of Education and Human Development. This minor is particularly appropriate for those students whose have additional knowledge of foundational skills and theories of psychological inquiry related to sport and exercise performance.

Requirements for the Minor
Students must: Complete at least nine hours of course work at Governors State University; Submit transfer courses to the minor advisor for approval by the first week of the term of intended graduation; Complete the minimum number of hours identified in each of the areas; and Complete all coursework applied toward the minor with grades of “C” or better. A grade of “C-” does not qualify. Required Courses (9 Hours)
