EDAD - 8836 Administration of School Personnel (3)

Provides a general understanding of personnel functions in education. Decision-making and problem-solving involving school personnel and supervision will be emphasized. Functions of recruitment, assignment, development, coordination, compensation, appraisal, negotiations, in-service education, motivation, and dismissal are included. Equivalent to EDAD-836. Prerequisite: take EDAD-6621 .
