COMS - 6452 Communicating with Clients and Customers (3)

Examines interpersonal skills for effective management of customer/client relations. Evaluates key characteristics for successful verbal and nonverbal skills. These skills are essential to enhancing the quality of communication with customers and clients in service0oriented professions such as sales, marketing, legal counseling, financial counseling, social work, the medical field, and food services. Equivalent to COMS-552. Requisite courses: Take CMP 6100 . (Required, Previous).
