CHEM - 8743 Molecular Spectroscopy (3)

Introduces quantum mechanical treatment of principles of interaction between molecules and radiation. Topics include lasers, photon emission and absorption, molecular symmetry, group theory, and rotational, vibrational, electronic, photoelectron, and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Prerequisites: take CHEM-3641 , CHEM-3643 , CHEM-3531 , and CHEM-3533 .
