CHEM - 8734 Mass Spectrometry Laboratory (1)

Covers experiments associated with CHEM-8734 . Includes hands-on laboratory work for the basic principles of GC/MS and LC/MS operation and theory of mass spectral analysis. Covers instrumentation, data acquisition, and interpretation of spectra of organic molecules. Equivalent to CHEM-828. Prerequisite: take CHEM-3643 . Corequisite course: CHEM-8733 .
