COMM - 4520 Conflict Management (3)

Explores multiple ways to think and communicate about conflict.  Assists students in discovering ways to resolve conflict in many aspects of their lives including work. Investigates ways to use conflict to create change and to understand how learned communication patterns support conflict. Instructional Method: Lecture-Discussion and Online.
