CJUS - 3440 Exploring Ethics in the Justice System (3)

Examines ethical theories and their relevance to the criminal and juvenile justice systems, including the system of laws, enforcement, courts, corrections, probation, and parole. Considers the larger role ethics plays through application of normative ethical theories. Instructional Method: Lecture-Discussion, Online. Equivalent to CJUS-4400.
