Explores leadership theories, principles, and innovative nursing leadership techniques. Focuses on systems thinking, values and ethics, legal issues, decision-making, organizational culture and climate, communication skills, succession planning, theories and leadership of change, creation of learning communities, professional accountability, and leadership within professional nursing organizations.
