BBED - 4525 Assessment of Language Minority Students (3)

Studies current trends in testing and the specific role of tests in the bilingual classroom, including content-based instruction. Examines selection and interpretation of language, achievement, diagnostic, and intellectual assessments for limited English proficient students. Also researches and discusses current trends and issues relevant to assessment of bilingual students. Requires 20 clock-hours of field experience. Prerequisite: Take BBED-4520  or permission from instructor.
