Introduces teachers to the content, methodology, and instructional materials of secondary school mathematics. Explores methods and strategies in a real world learning environment. Emphasizes the guidelines set forth in the Principles and Standards for School Mathematics. Equivalent to EDUC-531. Prerequisites: take SPED-6101 or equivalent; also must have had an educational foundations course.
