HLAD - 6101 Legal Issues in Health Technology (3)

Provides an overview of growth in computers and communications technology; legal aspects of healthcare data privacy and security; electronic data interchange and compliance-related issues; policy and regulatory concerns of health data; interdependence and implementation of enterprise information policy; and patient rights and regulations.
