PSAF - 9202 Public Safety Research (3) Examines specific research methods applicable to the public safety field, such as needs assessment, crime analysis, time series analysis and forecasting, quasi-experimental designs, community and victim surveys, and focus groups. Seminal, paradigm-changing research that has significantly influenced public safety policy and practice will be reviewed as will current research in the public safety arena.
