OCCT - 7715 Kinesiology I: Theory and Application for Occupational Therapy (3) This course applies principles of biomechanics and kinesiology to understanding and analysis of movement during occupational performance. Study includes structure and function of the skeletal, muscular and neuromuscular systems, influences on normal and pathological motion and the Impact on occupational performance. Explores specific musculoskeletal regions and how they relate to therapeutic evaluation and treatment techniques employed by occupational therapists. Prerequisite: OCCT-6611 Gross Anatomy II
