OCCT - 7706 Kinesiology Laboratory II (1) This course is a continuation of Kinesiology I Laboratory and provides hands on experience with kinesiological and biomechanical principles. Emphasis is placed on movement performed with the pelvis and lower extremities and its application to specific joint, region and/or whole body movement. Human posture and gait patterns are explored. Biomechanical principles and rationale are applied to understand the design, fabrication and use orthotic/prosthetic devices in client intervention. Equivalent to OCCT-716. Prerequisite: take OCCT-7705 . Corequisite course: PHYT-6715 .
