NURS - 8550 Nursing Administration II Seminar (3)

Focuses on the synthesis of leadership concepts unique to the role of nurse administrator in the current healthcare environment. Emphasis on advanced leadership topics of regulatory compliance, diversity, social issues, policy development, and disaster preparedness. Equivalent to NURS-855. Prerequisites: NURS - 6145 Theoretical Perspectives for Advanced Practice Nursing (3)  and NURS - 8956 Nursing Administration Practicum (3) . Corequisite course: NURS-8956 .
