HLAD - 3109 Ethics in Healthcare Admin (3)

Provides the student with an introduction to medical and bioethics, well-established ethical theories, definitions, terms, and concepts as it applies to healthcare administration. The course offers the student practical methods for ethical problem solving and decision-making in order to successfully meet the challenges in today’s healthcare industry. Note: Offered in both face to face and online format. Prerequisites: Take prior HLAD - 3101 Introduction to Healthcare Management Strategies (3); take prior or concurrently HLAD - 3105 Health Care Organization (3).
