Offers a comprehensive overview of the performance measurement framework and strategic application of performance management principles for evidence-based decision-making in nonprofit organizations. The theory and practice of performance evaluation are introduced through real-world case studies and the development of theory of change and logic models. The rationale for performance assessment and methodological aspects of program evaluation, including techniques for effective data collection and analysis, are studied. Additionally, the course examines the influence of stakeholders and the central role of social impact and values in fostering a culture of high-performance measurement and ethical practices.
