Examines theoretical basis of occupational therapy practice with an emphasis on specific occupational therapy models of practice. Topics include the occupational therapist perspective of human behavior, the environment, and the influence of occupation and social determinants on health; models will relate to the occupational therapy process; and the components of models and frames of reference in relation to improved occupational performance.
