NPSE - 9202 Strategic Planning and Revenue Development (3) Introduces the core concepts of results-oriented strategic planning in nonprofit organizations. The fundamental principles and practices of the strategic planning process, including SWOT analysis, revenue development, stakeholder mapping, and program prioritization methods, are explored through case studies and practical exercises. Additionally, the course covers various practices embedded in nonprofit strategic plans related to fundraising, marketing and communication, collaboration, and human resource management. Finally, the course provides insights into the complexity of strategic revenue development and planning and discusses strategies to address strategic issues and navigate changes.
