Examines the processes by which United States foreign policy is formulated and implemented, including the role of public opinion, bureaucratic rivalry, and White House/State Department in decision-making processes. The nature of American foreign policies with respect to both the major regions of the world and key functional problems is emphasized.  Instructional Method: Face-to-Face and Online.
