MKTG - 4450 Marketing Analytics (3)


Studies various methods for generating marketing insights from empirical data in such areas as segmentation, targeting and positioning, satisfaction management, customer lifetime analysis, customer choice, and product and price decisions. Major emphasis is placed on the understanding and use of data available to marketers. Instructional Method: face-to-face, hybrid, and online formats. Fall and Spring; Summer session. Prerequisite: MKTG - 2100 Introduction to Marketing Management (3)  and MATH - 2100 Elementary Statistics (3) .
