Explores the fundamental concepts, skills, and theories of argumentation and the nature of public advocacy as one avenue to equip citizens with the necessary skills to become successful social advocates. Develops the skills necessary to participate in the deliberate process of policy making and the tools to advocate effectively on matters of personal importance.
