PSYC - 6606 Cognitive/Educational Psychology (3) Examines current theories and research regarding human learning processes. Emphasis is given to recent developments in cognitive, social, and constructivist views of learning, development, and instruction. Special emphasis is paid to instructional interventions applicable to the development of cognitive and academic skills. Prerequisite: One prior course in cognitive or educational psychology and one prior course in human development. Graduate student status.
