POLS - 4400 Constitutional Law (3)


Uses U.S. Supreme Court decisions to examine the fundamental civil liberties guaranteed to the American people. Emphasizes how the court accommodates constitutional doctrines to changing public values. Instructional Method: Face-to-Face. Semester Offered: Fall, Spring, Summer. Equivalent to POLS-440.
