POJS - 7101 Constitutional Law: Process and Change (3)

Examines the foundation and structure of the U.S. Constitution, the Supreme Court, and the evolving doctrines. Analyzes the Supreme Court decisions to examine civil liberties and due process issues in the context of changing public values and the adversarial system of justice in our society.
