Analyzes the behavior of people in organizations. Discusses organizational motivation, leadership, group behavior, communication, and decision-making. This is an extension and intensification of the behavioral portion of MGMT 2100. Instructional Method: Offered face-to-face and online. Semester Offered: Fall, Spring, Summer. Equivalent to MGMT-401. Prerequisite: MGMT-2100.
