EDAD - 7803 Supervision and Evaluation (3)

Analyzes supervision, evaluation, and their relationship to the process, personnel, and organizational factors that affect instructional performance. Specific focus is the evaluation of instructional personnel according to Illinois rules, including the creation and implementation of assistance plans for teachers needing remediation and professional development.
