Topics covered include descriptive methods (frequency distributions, graphing, measures of location, and variation), basic probability theory, and inferential methods (including estimation, hypothesis testing, t-test, chi-square test, correlation and regression, analysis of variance). Focus on analyses of data most often collected by individuals in psychology, education, and other social sciences.
