COMM - 3530 Environmental Risk Communication (3)

Focuses on the central role environmental communication plays in public understanding of environmental events, stewardship of nature, and the ongoing dialogue surrounding climate change. Introduces essential public communication skills for environmental practitioners, paying special attention to message development, delivery, audience analysis and crisis management planning before and during crises events.
