Analyzes the behavior of people in organizations. Discusses organizational motivation, leadership, group behavior, communication, and decision-making. This is an extension and intensification of the behavioral portion of MGMT 2100. Equivalent to MGMT-401. Prerequisite: take MGMT-2100.
