MGMT - 4410 Quality Management (3)

Covers a mixture of technical and behavioral topics to prepare future managers to evaluate and improve the quality of business processes. Technical topics include statistical process control, process capability, Taguchi methods, ISO standards, and a variety of process improvement tools. Behavioral topics include employee empowerment, team-building, labor relations, and change management. Equivalent to MGMT-432. Prerequisites: take MGMT-2100  and MATH-2100 .
