HLSC - 3099 Introduction to Community Health (3)

Reviews the latest trends in community health in an effort to address health issues facing today’s communities. With an emphasis on developing the knowledge and skills necessary for a career in health education, this course covers topics such as epidemiology, community organization, program planning, minority health, healthcare, mental health, environmental health, drugs, safety, and occupational health.
