EMED - 3404 Developmental Reading in the Elementary Grades (3)

Introduces teacher candidates to the Common Core content, methods, and materials for teaching reading in the elementary grades.   Examines state and national standards and explores options for making sound instructional decisions. Prerequisites:  Admission to Teacher Education Program; EDUC-2310 , EMED 3099, EMED 3321, and EMED 3333 Corequisites: EMED 3402, EMED 3405, EMED 3420, and EMED 3425
