HLAD - 8103 Healthcare Quality Improvement Concepts and Tools (3)

Introduce concepts of healthcare quality and define it in terms that are useful for healthcare administrators and managers. Focus on Lean Six Sigma process improvement methodologies. Present quality tools and their application within healthcare organization context throughout DMAIC phases of Six-Sigma. Equivalent to HLAD-823. Prerequisite: take HLAD-7112 .
